Step 1

Measure your nails

Method 1 (Recommended)

Hold a measuring tape or a small ruler horizontally across the widest part of your nail bed (the base of your nail, where it meets your skin). Record the width in millimeters for each finger.

Method 2

No ruler at hand? Hold a small strip of paper against your nail bed and mark the two edges at the widest point. Measure the distance between the two marks with a ruler afterward.

How to Apply Press-On Nails

Prep

Find the best-fitting size for each nail before applying — line up the tab with your cuticle line and check the edges for a snug fit. If a nail falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size. Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly, gently push back cuticles with the included stick, then wipe each nail with the prep pad (or rubbing alcohol) for stronger adhesion.

Application

Peel the liner off the adhesive tab and press the nail firmly onto your natural nail, starting at the cuticle and smoothing out to the tip. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat for each nail (apply the thumb last). Wait at least 1 hour before getting your hands wet.

Removal

Soak the nail in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes, or apply a little cuticle oil or acetone-free remover around the edges to loosen the adhesive. Gently lift from the side with a cuticle stick — never force or peel dry, as this can damage your natural nail.

Storage & Care

Keep unused nails in their original tray, away from direct heat and moisture. Avoid prolonged soaking or heavy oil-based products once applied, as this can shorten wear time. Each set is reusable — clean off the old adhesive and apply a fresh tab for a second wear.

Every set includes strong adhesive tabs! We provide adhesive tabs (sticky tabs) instead of liquid nail glue because they protect your natural nails from damage and make your press-on sets reusable multiple times.

How do I apply Amyan Art Press-On Nails? +

Clean and dry your natural nails, choose the correct adhesive tab size, apply the tab, remove the protective film, then firmly press the press-on nail for 30–60 seconds. Avoid water for at least 1 hour after application for the best hold.

Will Amyan Art Press-On Nails damage my natural nails? +
