Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders within the United States usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy seasons such as Halloween and the holidays, or because of carrier delays.

Shipping rates

Free shipping when your order has 2 or more sets.
$8.00 flat rate when your order has 1 set.

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout and can vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it within the processing time above, check your spam folder or contact us.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. If you spot a mistake, email us right away, before your order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is lost, badly delayed or arrives damaged, email us at support@amyanart.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will help you resolve it. See our Return & Refund Policy for damaged or wrong items.
