2. Products and accuracy

We try to show our products, colors and prices as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and nail sets can vary slightly. We may correct errors, update information or change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock problems, and we will refund you in full if we cancel an order you have already paid for. You agree to give current, accurate billing and shipping information. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

5. Product use

Follow the application and removal instructions included with your set. Stop using a product and talk to a doctor if you have an allergic reaction or skin irritation. Do not use nail glue near your eyes and keep it away from children.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other content, you allow us to use, edit and publish it. You confirm it is yours to share and that it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, designs, logos and product photos, belongs to Amyan Art or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

8. Links to other sites

Our site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amyan Art is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for any loss arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
